Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of rentmybrain.io and any services delivered by Kendra Garagan (trading as Rent My Brain). By submitting an inquiry or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Rent My Brain provides strategic and product advisory services, including but not limited to:

• Strategy and direction
• Concept development
• Product and software build
• AI product integration

Scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing are agreed upon in writing before any engagement begins.

Payment terms are outlined in the engagement agreement. Unless otherwise stated:

• Payment is due prior to work commencing or on agreed milestones
• Deposits are non-refundable once work has started
• Disputes must be raised within 7 days of delivery

We want every engagement to succeed. If something is off, email us and we'll work it out before going anywhere else.

Upon full payment, all deliverables created specifically for your engagement become your property. Kendra retains the right to reference the engagement type (not confidential details) in her portfolio, unless you request otherwise in writing.

Anything you share with us in the course of an engagement is treated as confidential. We do not share your ideas, business details, or strategy with third parties. If you require a formal NDA, request one before the engagement begins.

Rent My Brain provides advisory and build services in good faith. We are not liable for business outcomes, lost revenue, or decisions made based on our work. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees paid for the specific engagement in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Vancouver, BC.
