When you submit the intake form on this site, we collect:

• Your name and email address (to respond to your inquiry)
• Your phone number, if provided (to contact you via WhatsApp or phone)
• Your problem description and any context you share (to understand how we can help)
• Your preferred contact method, budget range, and timeline (to tailor our response)

We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry and, if we work together, to deliver the engagement. We do not sell your data, ever.

Submissions are stored in a secure database provided by Base44 (base44.com), hosted on infrastructure within the United States. Data is retained for as long as necessary to fulfill your inquiry or ongoing engagement, and no longer than 3 years after our last contact.

If you submit the intake form, you may receive a follow-up email from Kendra directly. We do not send marketing emails or add you to any list without explicit opt-in.

This site does not currently use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. If that changes, this policy will be updated before any tracking is deployed.

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct or delete your data
• Withdraw consent at any time
